A. We ship Australia-wide, the USA, the UK, New Zealand and Canada.


Q. What is your returns policy?
A. We guarantee product quality. In the unlikely event that the product you receive is faulty or not what you ordered, where we are able to supply a replacement, this will be done at our cost.  If we are unable to supply a product as ordered, we offer a 100% refund. 


Q. What if I want to change my order after it has been placed?
A. Contact us urgently as once your order has commenced manufacture, no changes can be accepted. As your product is made exclusively for you, refunds or returns in such circumstances cannot be accepted.

A. Sizes information is shown for all products within their listings.

A. Generally within 2-3 weeks.
