Stitched By Ella embroiders designs specifically to customer order on clothing, gifts, homewares and accessories. It also manufactures some accessory items such as hair scrunchies.

Placing Orders: Orders can be placed via the website at www.stitchedbyella.com.au. Where a customer has specific order needs that are not shown within the choices offered by the website, contact Ella via email (stitchedbyella@gmail.com), or via Messenger or Instagram to discuss in the first instance.

Pricing: Prices including freight are as shown on the website. Where orders are in placed outside the website, pricing will be advised in writing.

Design & Set Up Fees: Where a customer has exclusive design requirements where the image cannot later be sold by Stitched By Ella to other clients, a design set-up fee (typically $30) may be applicable. There is no additional set up or design fee required in relation to Custom Pet designs.

Payment Methods: We accept payment via Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay. Payment by direct transfer to bank account, subject to arrangement.

Manufacture of Orders: Production of orders will only commence on payment of full order value including any freight, design or set up fees as applicable.

Warrantees & Disclaimers: a) Stitched By Ella warrants that goods will be supplied free of defect. b) The method of application is embroidery and as such, represents a stylised interpretation of images and designs. Best efforts will be undertaken to deliver as close a likeness as possible to supplied images, within the limits of the manufacturing process.

Shipping & Delivery: a) Subject to stock availability, goods will generally be shipped within 1-2 weeks of order confirmation. Where delays are anticipated beyond that, customer will receive written advice via text or email. b) Orders are usually shipped via Australia Post. Customer will receive confirmation at time of shipment, together with tracking information. Stitched By Ella will not be liable for delays within the Australia Post system. c) Stitched By Ella reserves the right to use alternate carriers in its sole discretion.

Designs Supplied By Customer: The customer warrants and indemnifies Stitched By Ella that they have the right to reproduce images supplied for reproduction.

Designs Developed By Stitched By Ella: Product designs, website content and all materials designed and developed by Stitched By Ella remain the sole property of Stitched By Ella and may not be reproduced in any format without express written permission.

Returns: a) We guarantee product quality. In the unlikely event that the product you receive is faulty or not what you ordered, where we are able to supply a replacement, this will be done at our cost. In the first instance email stitchedbyella@gmail.com to advise of any concerns and we will be in touch to discuss. If we are unable to supply a product as ordered, we offer a 100% refund. b) As orders are manufactured specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns based on incorrect sizing choice, change of mind or for any reason other than for faulty workmanship or quality.

Cancelations & Changes to Designs: Once orders are placed, production will commence shortly thereafter. Should you wish to make changes, contact us urgently as once your order has commenced manufacture, no changes can be accepted. As your product is made exclusively for you, refunds or returns in such circumstances cannot be accepted.

Content of Website: Best efforts are made to maintain the accuracy of content on the website. Stitched By Ella will not be liable for errors or omissions in this content.
